Our elderly lab was diagnosed with cancer by another vet. To avoid her suffering any longer we needed to put her to rest. I searched for vets that make house calls as I wanted her to pass on at home where she would be calm and comfortable and I could hold her. I came across Argo Animal Hospital and not only are the prices very reasonable but the staff and vet himself are extremely compassionate. We had our dog cremated which was also very affordable and when her ashes came in they had included a beautiful wooden display box. When we are ready for another pet we will be using Argos as our vet and highly suggest others do as well.

I was desperate to find a vet available to tend to some serious cuts and punctures on my dog, Bodhi, after he got into a tussle with a bear. Dr. Rosenzweig made himself immediately available and he and his staff gave Bodhi superb care. I felt like Bodhi was in the hands of peopel who truly love what they do, care deeply about each animal, and unquestionably know what they are doing. Bodhi's will definitely be coming back here for all of his needs.

My family and I are so grateful we were referred to Argos Animal Hospital. We had come to the time were we needed to help our 11 year old rescued German Shepherd Guinness cross the Rainbow Bridge. Guinness had terrible anxiety about going to the Dr's office and normally was medicated prior to and again at the time of his visits. We could not let this be his experience of his end of life. Doctor Rosenzweig made Guinness' passing peaceful and stress free. The Doctor came right to our home so Guinness could pass in his own home with his family and puppy brothers around him with love. He was extremely compassionate and professional. The staff was also very supportive and sent a beautiful sympathy card later that week. I can't say enough good and will be forever thankful that this terribly sad time was handled in a beautifully peaceful way!!!!! Thank you Dr. Rosenzweig and staff 🐶 - Sincerely- The Feeney Family

After searching for a good, reasonably priced vet in this area for almost two years with no luck one day I drove my son to school, looked across the road and decided to give Argos a try. I am glad I did. Dr. Rosenweig has been wonderful with our goats and dogs. He makes house visits if needed or wanted (something I did need and want) and has a very nice office as well. His staff is extremely welcoming and a pleasure to deal with. His prices are very reasonable (a very important thing when you have three goats, three dogs and two cats!) making me much more apt to make vet appointments. I highly recommend them.

Nice doctor, nice staff. Very down to earth and realistic about options with regard to your pet's condition. Extremely, reasonably priced compared to other animal hospitals. They helped my pup with good, supportive care for a sudden bout of Lyme's disease by being good at what they do, realistic and not adding on unnecessary tests and treatments....without my having to open a line of credit to finance it. I plan to bring my dog and all three of my cats in the spring for a full check up, vaccines and Lyme prevention.

The doctor was very thorough when our family cat Bug got sick. He called repeatedly to check on her while we were awaiting test results and, when she had to be put to sleep, he and the staff were as patient with and kind to my elderly mom during the process as they were to Bug. A week later, my mom just received a beautiful card signed by the doctor and several members of the staff, along with short personal notes. It made us cry, but in a good way. I will be bringing my cats here as well.
